Crude oil prices began the week in mixed fashion. WTI prices fell, and Brent crude oil prices rose. The featured trade was the Brent-WTI spread, as two pipeline ruptures, affected transport of crude oil into Texas. The ExxonMobil Pegasus line will shut for an indeterminate period of time. This has raised concerns of even more rising inventories, weighing on WTI prices. There is a greater implication for the Keystone pipeline,
